Moné M. Swann
Moné Swann is a visionary entrepreneur, senior advocate, and founder whose leadership spans insurance, insurtech, and nonprofit sectors. She is the CEO of BIVX Wealth & Insurance Solutions, founder of BIVX.IO, and President of the Collaborative Expansion Foundation. With every venture, her mission remains constant: to build with purpose, serve with integrity, and uplift every life she touches.
Moné leads with a deeply relational approach, grounded in the belief that no individual—especially a senior—should ever be forced to make life-changing financial or health decisions alone. Her work is not transactional; it’s rooted in trust, care, and long-term commitment. She is one of the fewer than three percent of founders globally in the insurtech space, and among less than one percent who are minority women, distinguishing herself not just by achievement but by advocacy.
Her academic foundation began at Fisk University, a renowned Historically Black College and University. She later pursued executive development at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. These experiences, paired with over a decade of running a successful property and casualty insurance agency, shaped her capacity to build organizations that are both strategic and human-centered.
At BIVX Wealth & Insurance Solutions, Moné provides clients with expert guidance across Medicare, retirement planning, annuities, life insurance, and long-term care. Clients receive more than a service—they receive a partner. Her leadership ensures that no one is rushed, misled, or treated like a policy number. Every conversation is built on education, clarity, and care.
Through BIVX.IO, she brings that same integrity into the insurtech world. Her platform simplifies access to essential insurance tools while centering equity and transparency for both agents and consumers.
Her most heartfelt work lives through the Collaborative Expansion Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting seniors and young adults. The foundation provides free programs that include transportation, food delivery, fraud protection, and technology training, as well as monthly social events that foster connection, confidence, and joy. Whether helping a 75-year-old learn to use FaceTime or mentoring a 22-year-old on financial literacy, Moné creates space for every generation to grow and thrive.
